The Cryo/Cuff by Aircast combines the therapeutic benefits of cold therapy with controlled, focused compression to minimize swelling, pain, edema and hemarthrosis. The cuff is anatomically designed to completely fit the affected area to provide maximum cryotherapy. Simplicity of design and ease of operation makes it ideal for ER, post-op, training room and home use.

All Cryo/Cuffs can be ordered as a single cuff or with a Cooler (includes tube assembly and insulation disk). The Cooler is also available separately and can be used with any model in the Cryo/Cuff line.

Knee Cryo/Cuff™
The Aircast Knee Cryo/Cuff provides compression and cold therapy to the affected area (front of the knee only) and is indicated for trauma, post-op knee surgery and rehabilitation. Available in pediatric, small, medium and large sizes with or without Cooler.


Ankle Cryo/Cuff™
The Aircast Ankle Cryo/Cuff provides compression and cold therapy to the affected area (ankle area only) and is indicated for trauma, post-op ankle or foot surgery and rehabilitation. Available in pediatric size and one size for adults with or without Cooler.



Shoulder Cryo/Cuff™
The Aircast Shoulder Cryo/Cuff provides compression and cold therapy to the affected area (shoulder area only) and is indicated for trauma, post-op shoulder surgery and rehabilitation. Available in a medium and medium with extra-long strap for adults with or without Cooler.


Foot Cryo/Cuff™
The Aircast Foot Cryo/Cuff provides compression and cold therapy to the affected area (top of foot only) and is indicated for trauma, post-op foot surgery and rehabilitation. Available in small, medium and large sizes with or without Cooler.



Thigh Cryo/Cuff™
The Aircast Thigh Cryo/Cuff provides compression and cold therapy to the affected area (top or bottom of thigh only - rotate for hamstrings or quadriceps) and is indicated for trauma including hamstring pulls and quadricep contusions, post-op treatment and rehabilitation. Available in medium and extra-large sizes with or without Cooler.


Calf Cryo/Cuff™
The Aircast Calf Cryo/Cuff provides compression and cold therapy to the affected area (around entire calf) and is indicated for trauma including gastroc pulls, gastroc contusions, post-op treatment and rehabilitation. Available in one size fits all with or without Cooler.



Hand & Wrist Cryo/Cuff™
The Aircast Hand & Wrist Cryo/Cuff provides compression and cold therapy to the affected area (top or bottom of wrist only - rotate for focused use) and is indicated for trauma including carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, post-op treatment and rehabilitation. Available in one size fits all with or without Cooler.


Back, Hip & Rib Cryo/Cuff™
The Aircast Back, Hip & Rib Cryo/Cuff provides compression and cold therapy to the affected area (one side only - rotate for focused use) and is indicated for chronic or acute back pain and post-op treatment. Available in one size that fits up to 46" around with or without Cooler.



Elbow Cryo/Cuff™
The Aircast Elbow Cryo/Cuff provides compression and cold therapy to the affected area (around entire elbow) and is indicated for epicondylitis, throwing inuries, post-op treatment and rehabilitation. Available in one size fits all with or without Cooler.

Cryo/Cuff™ Cooler & Tube Assembly
Universal to all Cryo/Cuff models, the Cooler holds water and ice needed for 6-8 hours of cryotherapy. The durable cooler comes with a tube assembly and insulation disk and is labeled with simple-to-follow directions for use.

AutoChill ® For Cryo Cuff
The Aircast AutoChill system enhances the Cryo/Cuff with two unique functions: continuous cold and pulsating pressure. Continuous cold eliminates the need for manual water recycling by utilizing an electronic pump to exchange warm water for cold. Pulsating pressure resulting from the automatic exchange of water provides comfort and therapeutic benefits of intermittent compression.
